Our team is made up of experienced football professionals committed to player development and high-performance training. With backgrounds in coaching, scouting, and legal and international sports management, we work together to create structured pathways for young players to progress in football.
We believe in a professional, disciplined, and player-focused approach, combining European methodology with local talent development in Nairobi and international opportunities in Spain.
Founder
Daniel Martínez
Responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and technical direction of the academy, ensuring a high-performance European development model and long-term player progression pathway.
Project Manager
Miguel Crespo
Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the academy's international programs, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless experience for players, families, and partner institutions.
Chief Scout
Javier Moros
Javier Moros is our Chief Scout, responsible for talent identification and player evaluation across all programs. He works closely with our academy in Nairobi and partner clubs in Spain to connect players with professional opportunities.
Legal Advisor
Pablo Torras
A lawyer specializing in sports law, Pablo is responsible for safeguarding the legal interests of our players, ensuring that every contractual and legal aspect is properly managed and protecting their professional careers.

THE PROJECT
Hispania Football Academy is a high-performance football development program designed to train players through a structured European methodology, combining technical excellence, tactical understanding, and personal growth.
The academy provides a comprehensive training environment where players develop not only as footballers, but also as individuals. Our approach is based on discipline, consistency, and a modern game model aligned with European football standards.
The program is aimed at boys and girls aged 5 to 17, offering a clear development pathway through a three-term structure focused on physical conditioning, technical mastery, and tactical application.
Our main objective is to bring a professional European training model to Nairobi, creating opportunities for talented players to reach higher levels of performance and, where possible, access pathways to football in Europe.
Through a high-performance environment and limited group sizes, the academy ensures individual attention, competitive intensity, and continuous player progression.
